5+ years of technical product or program management experience

Experience with end to end tech programs delivery, from planning to execution and achieving outcomes, including cross functional stakeholder management

Experience in workflow management tools e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc. and familiarity with Business Intelligence suites

Excellent written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives

Familiarity with process improvement methods e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, Total Quality Management

Develop deep knowledge of our suite of tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) to deliver clear program progress and up to date tracking

Drive strategy across teams and in-game economic systems to ensure a compelling player experience

Design, develop, and balance the game economy for our new 4X/Strategy based mobile game, ensuring a world class experience

Collaborate with Product Managers to make certain that future feature releases adhere to the core economy strategy

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge sharing materials to help the team understand and work within the economy strategy

Work closely with Designers and Product Managers on system design and game economy balancing

Ensure that you don't become a single point of failure for economy knowledge, and avoid becoming a bottleneck for feature releases

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, legal, and compliance, to ensure successful implementation and ongoing management of partnerships.

Strong understanding of the gaming industry, including payment processing, compliance, and risk management

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to the gaming and high-risk merchant sectors.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.

3-5+ years experience in project management or production workflow, ideally with experience in game production

Experience with project management or production tools (e.g. Azure Dev Ops, Asana, Kanban, Trello, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira)

Supports in development of operational processes with a focus on day-to-day project management tasks

Collaborates with internal teams and external partners on rhythm of business process management, such as intake forms and requests

Assists in day-to-day roadmap management, tracking prioritized schedules and release plans

2+ years of Gaming experience at Microsoft
