Manage scripted elements that involve being able to energize the crowd during key moments

Complies with all applicable National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and Pac 12 regulations in the performance of job duties.

Previous experience working in live sporting events

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and exceptional interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple activities during a single event and under time constraints.

Provides instruction and feedback during shows, as well as detailed video reviews immediately after the event and the following week.

No previous experience or education required

Must have strong editorial skills and NFL knowledge to know what video and soundbites are best to edit

Work closely with the entire NFL GameDay Morning team on a daily basis on show content

Work in edit bays with an editor to cut music videos, promos and b-roll tapes

Run teleprompter during NFL GameDay Morning

Formulate and pitch ideas for show elements as well as segment topics in production meetings

Adhere to established production schedule to meet deadlines

Event Marketing/Sports Management experience a plus.

Prior experience in the sport/leisure industry a plus.

Prior experience working with youth recommended a plus.

Ability to communicate with and listen to diverse populations.

Must be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling difficult situations.

Work cooperatively with all team members across all departments.

Using knowledge of GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium and Chiefs history, engage fans and guests to deliver exceptional service

Performing additional responsibilities as needed and as directed by supervisory personnel

Delivering best-in-class guest service through all touch points via the Chiefs service brand, "Championship Service"

This Position Will Be Responsible For

Work closely with the entire NFL GameDay Morning team on a daily basis on show content

Work in edit bays with an editor to cut music videos, promos and b-roll tapes

Run teleprompter during NFL GameDay Morning

Formulate and pitch ideas for show elements as well as segment topics in production meetings

Carrying/running flags for all Browns home games

Leading the team out of the gauntlet for team intros

Assisting with the opening of the gauntlet during team intros

Assist with all needs as directed for pre-game, in-game, halftime, and post-game elements

Engage with fans to create a fun and energetic atmosphere throughout game day

The ability to work all home games and any rehearsals, including weekends and holidays

Must be at least 18 years old

Available to work most home games which includes holidays, evenings, and weekends

Must be able to see, and communicate through speech and listening

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Maintain thorough knowledge of the venue policies, procedures and event information.

Strong people and communication skills.

Facilitate all guest-related matters in a professional and courteous manner through creative problem-solving

Available to work at minimum 80% of the Charleston Battery’s 17-game, home schedule

Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Ability to stand and be outside in hot or inclement weather.

Ability to manage and execute numerous tasks

Ability to speak and interact confidently with guests

Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time

Security (must be 21 years old)

Ushers (must be 18 years old)
