Stay up to date on all store initiatives and communications that are received, sharing with associates when appropriate.

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

Previous sales experience helpful but a great attitude is essential

Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements and the impact to financials

Work with manufacturing plant personnel, Reinhart Technical Center and management to develop solutions to customer issues

Know and understand Carpenter’s products and capabilities

1+ years of business to business or business to consumer experience

1+ years of experience in in sales of consumer goods for a manufacturing company

Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Prior sales experience bedding, furniture or foam preferred
