Furniture Sales Representative - Retail Sales Consultant

As a Retail Sales Professional with Kane’s, you will have unlimited earnings potential comprised of excellent commissions, spiffs, and incentives with a potential bonus within the first 13 weeks on the selling floor. Expectations:

• Participate in a one week paid training (part of a 13 week guarantee pay plan) at our Corporate Training Sales Class, to gain product knowledge and sales solutions expertise.
• Take a consultative selling approach to building guest relationships.
• Create new and existing guest relationships by elevating their in store experience with that personal touch.
