Interior Design education or experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Sales and/or customer service experience

Experience using POS systems and Google Suite (Calendar, Drive, etc.)

Experience using design software program (Sketchup, etc.)

Assist customers in the store

Participate in a one week paid training at our Corporate Training Sales Class, to gain product knowledge and sales solutions expertise.

Create new and existing guest relationships by elevating their in store experience with that personal touch

Organized with thorough follow up skills

Take a consultative selling approach to building guest relationships.

Multitasker, able to juggle priorities

Health, Dental and Vision coverage

Project Management and ability to use AutoCAD/Revit

Advanced Excel and analytical skills

Experience working a complex/matrix environment

Experience building a business case and delivering ROI to all levels within an organization (including C-suite)

Understand customer needs through relationship building and interpersonal skills while asking clarifying questions to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions

Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements and the impact to financials
