2+ years of experience working data in business environment

Experience with business intelligence tools

Manage complex datasets, ensuring data integrity by identifying, aggregating, cleaning, and validating information from various sources for reporting purposes.

Utilize analytical techniques to design, develop, and maintain reports, scorecards, and dashboards that offer valuable insights to the recruitment leadership.

Analyze and interpret data, identifying areas for improvement and providing meaningful, data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.

Strong SQL skills; experience with Python, R or a similar programming language is a plus

5+ years experience as an analyst or in a quantitative role

Experience with one or more of the following Product Analytics Tools (Heap, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Segment)
