Experience delivering a personalized customer service experience

Basic computer skills and software proficiency (MS Word, Excel and Outlook preferred)

Proficient time management and organizational skills

Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance

Exemplary communication and customer service skills

Professional attitude and work ethic

Ability to communicate with Service Advisor to ensure customers are advised of additional service work needed

Perform work specified with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
