Maintain a thorough knowledge of business banking products including deposit, lending, cash management, and online banking.

Accepts customer loan, mortgage and safe deposit box payments. Posts appropriate payment type (principle vs interest payments).

Issues money orders, Treasurer's checks, handles coin machine slips and assesses appropriate fee.

Orders daily supply of cash from the vault ensuring drawer is maintained within set cash limits. Counts incoming cash for accuracy.

Balances by counting currency, coin, and checks in cash drawer and verifying to computer totals.

Refer products to existing and new members to assist with branch and individual goals.

Minimum skills, experience, and education required for this job:

Under direction of the Store Manager, administer budget and financial decisions concerning labor and expenses to meet operating budgets.

Effectively manage multiple retail dining locations and service teams with a hands-on approach

Manage inventory control, product forecasting and food and supplies ordering

Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Ensure proper merchandising and marketing materials within each retail location

Monitor operating procedures, supervise staff and provide training development as needed

Teller and Customer Service training/experience required. Generally equivalent to a year of combined experience.
