Interest and experience working effectively with a diverse university community

PhD degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with focus on Engineering Materials and Manufacturing Processes.

Representative Responsibilities of the Head of Administration

Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Management

Meet with customers daily and enter each interaction with the highest degree of courtesy, professionalism, and kindness

Track and process new donations, brand awareness initiatives, and de-escalate customer complaints to increase customer satisfaction
