You’ve successfully led large teams of 500+ employees and leaders (required).

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Warehouse & logistics management required

Experience leading junior managers and supervisors

Experience in high volume, fulfillment or manufacturing environment

Exceptional interpersonal skills working with customers, vendors, and employees

Computer literate with experience working with Microsoft or Google office suite products

Must have experience with an Order Management System, Warehouse Management System, and/or Labor Management System.

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field strongly preferred

Ability to influence change management and operational performance from areas outside of his/her direct control

Manage multiple Fulfillment Supervisors, Warehouse Leads and up to 100 full-time/temporary worker

Build and manage a relationship with customers by maintaining regular communication and partnership

Manage inbound/outbound loading and unloading of trucks while maintaining warehouse organization and inventory accuracy

• 5-7 years experience in supervisory/management role, required

• Your voice will be heard loud and clear in management circles

In this General Manager role:

• You’ll lead managers who are well-trained, motivated, and ready to support your direction

• 2-3 years logistics industry experience, required

Manage the process of tracking and publishing all Key Performance Measures both internally and externally.

Ensure that employee individual performance metrics are tracked and utilized to manage labor spend as well as evaluate employee performance.

Manage Quarterly Business Review process with customers including the preparation and presentation of necessary information.

Work in compliance with federal, state and local statues, OSHA requirements etc.

5 years of experience within distribution center, preference for experience leading a multishift organization with P&L responsibility.
