Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure that cost and price proposal components are accurate and responsive to solicitation requirements.
Facilitate pricing reviews and provide pricing guidance to proposal and capture teams.
Recommend cost and pricing strategies and develop Price-To-Win goals; participate in bid / no-bid decisions.
Gather market pricing information, monitor the competitive landscape, and use this data to develop recommendations for competitive response.
Setup and maintain pricing, cost, and all cost factors, including Overhead and G&A Rate development.
Ensure the integrity and ongoing maintenance of centralized pricing data and the synchronization of data across multiple systems.
