Front Office Overnight Manager Jobs in Colorado

Monitor and management of GXP.

Assume responsibilities of Manager on Duty (MOD).

Performs any additional tasks or projects as required or deemed necessary by management.

Perform and manage overnight operations including night audit functions completing all checklist tasks.

College degree preferred or equivalent experience.

One year supervisory experience – required.

Share personal passions and knowledge of the services and amenities available to guests to help them feel at home

College degree or some college is preferred (combination of experience and education may be accepted)

Coach and train all new and existing Front Desk Agents, Bellman, Supervisors, and Assistant Front Office Manager

Train and ensure all possible knowledge has been given to employees to create a successful work environment

Create memorable experiences with a fantastic, welcoming personality that can relate to guests and associates

Any other tasks assigned by manager

Refined verbal and written communication skills

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

Ability to stand for long periods of time.
