Friendly Account Manager Jobs

Must have knowledge and previous experience working within the Las Vegas area

Experience: Two to Four year’s experience in sales, public relations, training, community outreach, or related area.

Must have personal lived experience with recovery from substance use disorder.

Prior experience and proficiency using Google products (Gmail, Drive, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)

Previous experience using CMS or other database

Previous experience developing program reports and tracking outcomes

Experience in the developmental disability field preferred, but not required

High school diploma or GED

$18.00 per hour. Annual wage increase based on satisfactory performance

Eligible for overtime pay for hours worked over 40 hours per week

Experience in customer service, account management or a similar role

You understand the brand, our offerings, and our culture and are able to use them to effectively communicate with your customers

Experience with successfully using a CRM

Experience with documenting verbal communication in real-time

Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
