Freight Auditor Associate Jobs

Reports findings to management with recommendations for resolution and verifies appropriate corrective actions have been implemented and documented.

Drafts and issues periodic reports to site management as requested

Significant experience with CMS, ACO/ACA, commercial compliance requirements

A completed Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Experience in a start-up and/or health tech environment

Lead efforts to update approved procedures for the Compliance Audit and Monitoring team.

Lead efforts to plan and maintain the audit schedule on an annual basis.

Complete and document audit work papers observing Oscar’s Compliance Audit Policy and Procedures.

Applies broad-based audit skills – including knowledge of company policies and procedures, and business knowledge.

Demonstrates strong critical thinking and analytical skills while conducting audit activities independently, with limited guidance.

Applies strong written and oral communication skills. Communications are clear, concise and accurate.

Consistently demonstrates strong critical thinking, analysis and problem solving skills

BA or BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related Business field is required

Adherence to the Integrated Management System that covers Quality, Environmental, and Safety ISO (International Organization for Standardization) certifications

Generate any daily, weekly, or monthly reports or graphs when assigned or asked by management.

Manage Demurrage portal and process daily submission to Shipment Services for processing of invoicing.

Assist with writing procedures or instructions for specific duties or responsibilities.

Assist with projects as outlined by department manager.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the transportation field preferred or degree equivalent.
