8+ years professional experience as a motion designer / user experience designer; expertise in both motion and visual design

Experience with design and prototyping tools such as After Effects and C4D

Create the vision for crafting unique and compelling motion design for eBay

Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user interface specifications, and final graphics

Demonstrate expert knowledge of creative work in different media channels.

1 to 2 years experience working within an animation, motion graphics, creative role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through presenting work and actively gathering feedback, both internally and with customers.

Great skills in video design, UI and motion graphics.

Extensive skills in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects in particular.

• Expert level experience in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro

• Must be proficient in Cinema 4D, Redshift and Octane

Excellent communication skills to articulate decisions and rationale

Experience utilizing Figma / Figma-constructed assets to ingest into motion tooling and/or experience ingesting assets from a design system

Lead motion designers to create, maintain, improve, document, and evolve a motion design process and pattern library for various user needs

Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and requirements.

8+ years experience as a Motion Designer/Editor or Animator with a strong portfolio

Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma

Advanced skills in Maxon Cinema 4D/Redshift
