This is an engagement through Upwork’s Hybrid Workforce Solutions (HWS) Team. Our Hybrid Workforce Solutions Team is a global group of professionals that support Upwork’s business. Our HWS team members are located all over the world.

Work/Project Scope:

• Actively participating in departmental meetings, creative activities, and cross-functional partnerships.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in motion graphics and applying them to Upwork's projects.
• Receiving feedback from the broader team and cross-functional partners to ensure only the highest quality work is produced.
• Delivering creative work of exceptional standard, reflecting Upwork's renowned reputation. Presenting a portfolio showcasing outstanding motion graphics work and a distinct creative vision.
• Collaborating closely with Senior Designers, Art Directors, Creative Directors, and Producers to ensure timely delivery of work that aligns with the creative and technical requirements of the brief.
• Assisting in the development of responses to creative motion briefs.
• Understanding project goals, daily tasks, and deadlines, while maintaining an ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Creating high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics for diverse projects, such as paid ads, videos, and organic social channels.
• Responding to feedback from Art Directors, producers, and cross-functional partners, making necessary adjustments to creative work, and offering valuable insights and ideas to progress projects.
• Working on assigned projects following briefs and under the guidance of an Art Director, while adhering to deadlines and project scope.
• Supporting and enforcing Upwork's motion workflow and processes, offering guidance and education to team members as needed.
• Adapting animations to suit the technical constraints of different platforms and devices.
• Participating in regular check-ins with creative colleagues, Art Directors, Design Directors, Creative Directors, and Producers to monitor project progress.

• Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a thinker/maker mindset.
• Self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in multitasking.
• A keen sense of timing and direction.
• Experience in working on conceptual campaigns of both large and small scales.
• Proficient knowledge of current trends and innovations in motion graphics.
