Support the wider project management team in note-taking during workshops, user/stakeholder interviews, and creating project deck templates for status meetings

Produce and manage all necessary project documentation, including project timelines, resource plans, action/task sheets, status documents, and RAID logs

Monitor project financials on a weekly basis, ensuring projects are on track and raising commercial issues to the Account Manager

Run daily stand-ups with the support of the Account Manager

Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies

Experience using WordPress or similar as well as a picture management system.

Experience in a similar position, or a position with directly transferable skills.

Experience working on breaking news stories.

Strong knowledge of analytics and how to use data to select stories to maximize daily traffic.

You will turn around copy quickly and accurately, mindful of legal issues.

You will write in a concise and entertaining way.

A Senior Project Manager must have the following essential skills, knowledge or abilities:

Deep industry knowledge, with experience in a relevant area such as user experience, software development, Product Ownership or business analysis

Manage projects across both waterfall and Agile methodologies as appropriate

Ensuring retrospectives are held and knowledge shared within your account and within the wider delivery team

Work proactively with your department leader to manage your own workload and prevent over or under-utilisation

Experience in adapting and influencing agency delivery processes, either within a specific account or across the wider organization

Experience in creating digital animations and interactive elements and Basic video editing skills

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Graphic/Digital Design or a related field

2-4 years of experience in retail or agency environment (or equivalent)

Expert-level knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Understanding of UX/UI design principles for intuitive and engaging digital experiences

First priority is to continue to elevate brand visuals and develop tools to foster the implementation of creative brand strategies.

2+ years of experience in graphic design

Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Experience with video and animation a big plus.

Good organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize own workload, and work independently when required
