Data Analyst-Retail Testing Analytics

Strong data querying skills (SQL) and some experience with a scripting language (Python or R)
Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. The role requires effective communication and consultation with colleagues, stakeholders and leaders from different backgrounds
Working knowledge of & interest in A/B testing and inferential statistics (sample size determination / power analysis, hypothesis testing, regression etc.)
Experience working with varied datasets from different sources to generate business insights
Bachelor’s degree with quantitative emphasis. Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing Analytics, or related field
Proficiency with descriptive analysis and data visualization (ggplot2, seaborn, matplotlib, Tableau, PowerPoint)
