4+ years experience in email marketing for digital marketing, advertising, product management, or similar

Strong project management skills and attention to detail

4+ years of experience with Figma and basic working knowledge of Photoshop

Manage highly-visible email programs including gathering requirements, development, testing, programming, reporting, and optimizing

Build and execute proper list segmentation and triggers, QA, and project management

4+ years experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Handlebars, and jQuery

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Certification

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office XP products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Experience with Acoustic and/or SmartCommunications

Experience with Service Now tickets

Experience with XML or CSV files

Effective time management, and organization skills

Manage all coding, set-up, QA and development of daily marketing and long-term triggered email campaigns across all business units and initiatives

Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities

Ability to prioritize responsibilities and shift based on feedback and business needs

1-2 years of experience in a related role

Knowledge of HTML, CSS a plus

Prior experience with Braze is strongly preferred

Intermediate knowledge of HTML, with the ability to troubleshoot and tweak the HTML if necessary to correct bugs/issues

Intermediate knowledge of an ESP scripting language preferred (i.e. Liquidscript)

Experience sending push notifications strongly preferred

Building Email and Push campaign logic, including ad-hoc campaigns and automations based on customer data, event triggers, and more

Building segments and audiences using existing segmentation tools

Supporting all of their different brands' content needs.

Create blogs, email campaigns, landing pages, one-sheet flyers, radio scripts, etc.

Responsible for building out the email in ActiveCampaign (which can be edited in any software they prefer).

Advanced knowledge and understanding of HTML/CSS

Working knowledge of AMPscript (a plus)
