Some of the daily responsibilities include:

Receiving calls from KeyCenter personnel, Financial Crime Investigators, Internal Departments, as well as Clients and external financial institutions.

Setting up passcodes on profiles for clients when needed.

Completing Keyform's to return unauthorized item.

Showcase strong time-management skills to maintain or exceed expected daily workloads, lead the team by example

Using deep analytical talent, identify areas of opportunity within the ecosystem to apply financial management and fraud prevention best practices

Manage individual performance and provide ongoing insight and coaching

Demonstrated depth of knowledge in the realm of financial services

Previous experience identifying opportunities to update, revise or implement rules and/or controls to mitigate fraud/inauthentic activity.

Prior leadership experience managing a team of high performing fraud analysts, including coaching and development

At least one year of management experience leading a team of employees.

Work closely with Fraud Support and Customer Experience to obtain requested player documents and resolve player restrictions.

3+ years of relevant experience in a Fraud or Risk Operations role.

An investigative curiosity with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to communicate vision across the organization.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to operate across multiple departments with both internal and external stakeholders

Basic SQL experience is required, Intermediate experience is preferred.
