Leadership and management experience, including contracted vendor services

Extensive data management and reporting skills

Three to five years of experience in operations and finance preferred

Maintains responsibility for site-level procurement of supplies, materials, equipment, and inventory management

Excellent verbal, oral, and written communication skills

Experience working with budgets, accounting, and allocation of school resources

Oversee the management of the Directed Interdisciplinary Studies program to include accreditation and curricular assessments.

Master’s degree in relevant field appropriate to the duties and responsibilities of the position or equivalent demonstrated professional experience.

Experience teaching and/or advising/mentoring of Honors students.

Demonstrated experience working with and engaging diverse students and colleagues within and outside the university setting.

Demonstrated experience in honors pedagogy and honors programming

Experience with advancement activities and building community partnerships

Experience recruiting and mentoring International Baccalaureate (IB) trained students and other high-achieving student populations

Experience with grant writing, especially related to student programming and honors

Experience with donor relations, especially related to student programming and honors

Co-ordinate with fellow deans to help students navigate requirements for departmental honors
