Bachelor's degree in social work, drug and alcohol education, counseling, psychology, education, sociology, or criminal justice.

Summary Of Duties And Responsibilities

Coordinate parent/child/sibling visits and transport clients to and from appointments, FST, court, school and moves as needed.

The majority of work is performed onsite in the community. Will need to transport clients to activities and/or appointments.

Must be 21 years of age.

Must have a good driving record and willingness to travel. This role requires Case Managers to drive 70% of the time.

Bachelors Degree in Human Services Field or Related required

CWEL CANS, CERAP, Placement Specialty preferred

Conduct visits with children, parents and/or caregivers that include the on-going assessment of child safety, permanency, and well-being.

Develop and implement a plan that meets the needs of the children and the family.

Facilitate placement and delivery of services in collaboration with biological, foster and adoptive families.

Coordinate the development, review, and implementation of services, case management, behavior intervention plans, and treatments provided to individuals served.

One year of work-related experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injury, youth placed at-risk, etc. preferred.

Build and maintain relationships with families and external case managers.

Assist in the development of quality services and engaging activities that meet the individual served needs.

Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.

Manage a staff of Recruiters in the recruitment, selection, and certification efforts for qualified Mentors/ Foster Parents.

Three years’ experience in social services and/or marketing

One year of supervisory experience.

Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with others.

Demonstrated skills with motivating team and driving results to meet goals.
