Bachelor’s degree in animal related field, veterinary technician degree, or equivalent experience.

At least 1 year animal handling experience, including evaluation and breed identification.

3 years or more of proven successful volunteer or program management experience.

Experience working with budget management, records, using data analytics to drive program innovation and sustainability.

Additional appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience requirements.

Promotes and sustains open communication channels between volunteers, staff, and management.

Education requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Environmental Science, or a related field based on a specific position.
