Work in partnership with the Contact Centre of Excellence to improve processes around knowledge management and learning for customer success.

Develop a digital content/channel strategy with a strong focus on social and customer relationship management

Bachelor's Degree, ideally in communication, learning design, learning science, instructional design, education/instructional technology, or similar/relevant experience.

5+ years of experience in training education

Knowledge and experience of software as a solution (SaaS) and/or EV products would be beneficial

Maintains a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, wholesale accounts, and direct public

Utilized catalog/ordering systems offered by car manufacturers for wholesale customers to use.

Manages customer complaints or issues immediately and according to the dealership's guidelines, with the highest level of professionalism

Work directly with Market Owner to ensure consistent CP performance management experience

3+ years of experience working in a complex client or patient management position or demanding customer service role

Align with Sr. Client Manager on daily and weekly market priorities

Share critical feedback and updates from Care Pros that impact Sr. Client Manager workflows

Support Sr. Client Manager on partner communication, COVID related tasks, or billing / collections efforts as needed

Work with the market team to manage real-time questions, issues, or changes relating to clients

Strong leadership and team management skills

High school diploma or equivalent, with post-secondary education in automotive technology or business management preferred

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a parts role in a Ford dealership

Extensive knowledge of Ford parts and warranties

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

5+ years of Product Management experience managing and delivering best in class experiences

Effective in working across organizational boundaries to define, manage and prioritize work

Create and own the product vision for Ford Credit brand site for how it can serve both new and existing customers

Experience with CA Agile Central (Rally), backlogs, iterations, user stories, or similar backlog management tools such as Jira

Consult on Identity and Access Management concerns

Implement industry best practices for container hardening and API configuration management

IT operations, security, and/or infrastructure experience in an enterprise environment and/or Application and Container Security knowledge in an eCommerce environment

CKA certification or demonstrated experience with Kubernetes

Working knowledge of a variety of regulations, control frameworks, and requirements, such as SOX, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, ISO 27001

Be on-call by pager for critical system repair after normal business hours;

Install wiring for interconnecting of radio equipment;

Learn the equipment and methods used in monitoring and trouble shootingthe performance of communication equipment;

Inspect emergency power generators on a weekly basis, and perform preventative maintenance tasks on emergency power generators;

THE CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE 5 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN COSMETICS WITH PROVEN MAKEUP ARTISTRY SKILLS AND PR EXPOSURE.

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE STRONG COMMUNICATION, LEADERSHIP AND EDUCATION/FACILITATION SKILLS, BOTH IN-PERSON AND VIRTUAL.

LEAD EDUCATION STRATEGY AND PLANNING TO ACHIEVE SALES PLAN.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of EDUCATION programs through REGAULR assessments AND FEEDBACK, implementing improvements as needed.

PROVIDE FEEDBACK ON COMPETITION TO SHARE WITH MARKETING, EDUCATION AND PR TEAMS.

PROVIDE COMPETITIVE FEEDBACK ON INDUSTRY TRENDS, TECHNIQUES AND INNOVATIONS IN MAKEUP ARTISTRY TO SHARE WITH MARKETING, EDUCATION AND PR TEAMS.
