Create store-specific action plans to achieve targets and objectives involving store management and PSTs
Understand the management of inventory through communication with store management
Secure support needed from Ulta district level management to execute marketing programs and point of sales objectives
Manage Dermalogica Education procedures ensuring all PSTs are scheduled for appropriate training classes
Minimum of 3 years of sales and/or education experience within the prestige skin/retail industries
Strong knowledge of basic computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Bachelor’s degree and 8 plus years of experience in retail or foodservice meat trade; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office including, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SAP, preferred.
Establishes and maintains open communication with Regional Managers and Brokers on all customer activities.
Understanding of product cuttings – comfort and knowledge of product attributes, preferred.
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
High level of written and verbal communication skills, organizational planning, teamwork, analytical reasoning, and adaptability.
