Food Service Manager 1 (FSM1)

Supervises and directs A/C Cooks and incarcerated individuals in Food Service operation.

Ensures that meals are prepared according to recipes, and the proper quantities are prepared for the current population.

Ensures that proper sanitation, food handling, and safety measures are followed, ensuring health and security practices are maintained.

Trains new and seasoned staff and facilitates learning and growth in the work environment.

Bachelor's degree or three years of professional sales or account management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Manage local marketing programs, direct broker partners to effectively promote Trident Seafoods in the marketplace.

Manage trade and travel expenses for geographic region to maximize results.

Superior customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) experience, CRM and SAP proficiency is desirable.
