Food Service Associate Manager Jobs

Extreme heat and cold for periods of time

Delivery to outlaying buildings as needed.

Pushing and pulling equipment in and out of department

May have an equivalent combination of education and experience to substitute for the experience requirements.

Must be able to read, write, and follow instructions.

Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers.

Passes patient meal trays and late trays. Sets up bedside table. Fills special meal requests and delivers in-between meal snacks.

Passes menus to patients, assists with menu selection and collects completed menus.

Communicates and interacts with unit staff/nursing regarding unit nourishment and food service needs.

Educational experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Leadership experience: Experience leading teams and managing a diverse group of roles and responsibilities.

Professional experience: Prior leadership experience in a service-focused industry. Automotive expertise is not required.

Strong written communication skills.Strong leadership skills, organizational abilities, and supervisory experience are a must for this position.

Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management or an Executive Chef certification.

Master's degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management.

Demonstrated work experience of successful supervision and training of a diverse work staff.

Experience using CBORD is highly preferred.

Experience with sustainable food procurement and production.
