Food Runner And Bar Back Positions Jobs in Nevada

Prefer a minimum of one year of previous bar or related experience

Greet guests in a timely manner with a positve attitude

Maintain full stock of all Bar products as directed by the Bar staff

Maintain clean service and dining area(s) of the bar at all times

Complete sidework at the beginning & end of each shift as directed by the Bar staff

High School graduate or equivalent preferred

Prior experience in the same or related field preferred.

Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.

Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Maintain established bar stock levels by transporting cases of beer, bottled water, liquor, etc. from walk-in coolers to bar.

Prepare written requisitions for stock.

Maintain supplies of ice, glassware, drink garnishes, and keep fresh fruit rotated.

Perform additional assignments as requested by Management/Supervisory/Bar team

Manage trash removal in Bar and corresponding areas

Carry out all reasonable requests made by Bartenders, Managers and Supervisors

Previous Bar and/or Service experience a plus

Stock all liquor, beverage and other Bar supplies according to WCC procedures

Maintain liquor, beer, fruit and ice stock throughout shift, replenishing as needed and in a timely and efficient manner
