Ensure accurate and timely deliveries of Drive Thrus and offline site donations through close coordination with donors and vendors.

Create and submit donation orders and purchase orders to donors and vendors.

Create and process agency invoices to Drive Thru sites and offline builds.

3-5 years of experience as a community manager in the tech industry

Collaborating on activities, programs, and strategies that drive education and advocacy in the tech community

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to match the tone of our brand voice

Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects in parallel

Expert knowledge of Discord and Reddit

Engaging with the tech community through consistent, authentic, and transparent dialog

Valid Driver's License with at least 5 years of relevant experience driving box trucks or refrigerated trucks is preferred.

Previous customer service and/or grocery retail experience preferred

Inspects the product to be donated following food safety guidelines and refuses donations if the product doesn't meet stated criteria.

Delivers food to non-profit beneficiaries; informs supervisor of any problems or issues in a timely manner.

Collects and delivers all product following all state and federal food safety handling guidelines.

Completes and submits weekly reports in a timely manner.
