Ensures compliance with all sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements.

Performs sales transactions in a timely fashion.

Enters all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.

Makes change, accepts declining balance cards and other acceptable forms of payment; issues receipts to customers.

Follows standard procedures for issuing cash refunds.

Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

NPO Group management and communication

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management is preferred

Overseeing service standards during events to ensure a high level of the guest experience

2+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position

Ensuring all stations are set up and ready for events

Previous cashier or cash handling experience

Previous cook/grill experience in fast food or concessions

Operational knowledge of concessions equipment (Fryers, grills, heating lamps, etc)

Assisting in prepping of the food and concessions areas before gates open

Greeting customers and taking orders via cash or charge transaction

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment AT ALL TIMES
