Effective communication with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in Procore, Sage100, and Salesforce is preferred
Associate degree in relative field of study or 2+ years’ experience in a similar Project Administration role within the construction industry
Organize all preconstruction project documentation and records into corresponding SharePoint folders throughout the life of the Preconstruction Phase
Identify Controlled Unclassified Information related to federal projects and properly handle such files, when applicable
Issue Invitations to Bid to specified subcontractors for all prospective projects the Wilmington Construction Division intends to bid
