Stripping, waxing and buffing floors.

General carpet cleaning and extraction

Other cleaning duties as needed.

Complete cleaning schedules on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

Clean patient rooms, offices and sitting areas. Wash, dust, vacuum, sweep and /or mop all areas of the establishment.

Maintain all assigned areas in a clean and sanitary condition.

Clean and sanitize floors and furniture to infection-control policies, clean mattresses and beds according to established procedures.

Empty and clean trash cans.

Clean sinks, tubs, shower and toilets according to prescribed sanitary standards.

Knowledge and experience operating various pieces of equipment such as high-speed buffers, extractors, wet vacs, pressure washers, and auto scrubbers.

Communicate with the lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers professionally

A solid commitment to the guest experience

Willingness to take directions from the Facility Manager, Key Account Manager, or District Manager

High School diploma or equivalent education.

Minimum 1 ½ years’ experience in floor care.
