Job Description

IH Services, Inc., the leading provider of quality facility management services for manufacturing & industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities is in need of a floor maintenance tech in King, NC.

Experienced preferred but will train the right candidate.

Pay Rate: $ 13.00 per hour more if experienced WEEKLY PAY!!

Hours: 7:00 am -3:00 pm Monday thru Friday

Duties include:

  • General carpet cleaning and extraction
  • Other cleaning duties as needed.
  • Stripping, waxing and buffing floors.

Qualifications:

  • The ability to work alone or within a team is a must.
  • Must pass drug screen and background check.
  • A strong work ethic
