They must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose any issues with the simulator and make necessary repairs. They must also be able to calibrate the simulator to ensure that it is accurately reflecting the conditions of a real-life flight. They must be able to work with a variety of software and hardware, as well as be able to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
