They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift and move heavy items. They must also be able to accurately read and interpret product labels and shipping documents. Flex Warehouse Associates must also be able to operate a variety of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
