$26.00 - $36.00 Per Hour

You are at least 21 years of age or older

You may be required to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift

Minimum of 1 year of mechanical experience preferred.

A Technical Diploma from an accredited Diesel Technology Program may substitute for 1 year of the required experience.

Experience in the transportation industry preferred.

D.O.T and Brake certification required to perform PM’s and brake work.

Must be able to perform all physical requirements with reasonable accommodation.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements—Repair Shop Settings

Blackboard management (build/archive courses, enroll instructors/interns, answer technical questions about course features/use).

Collecting, analyzing, and developing data driven reports for program management.

Bachelor’s degree, Minimum of 3 years relational experience (REQUIRED).

Qualified experience in the use of PowerBI (PREFERRED).

Qualified experience in the use of Tableau (PREFERRED).

Experience in classroom instruction (PREFERRED).

You will use your extensive knowledge to assist entry-level mechanics with difficult repairs.

You will build relationships with vendors when getting estimates for parts or labor.

You will interact with a variety of Frito-Lay drivers, from professional truck drivers to salespeople.

This is a physical job which often involves working in tight spaces under vehicles.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Responsible for assigned preventive and corrective work orders generated through GRDA’s asset management program.

Must be able to safely operate high-voltage switches and obtain clearance holder certification.

Installs, maintains and repairs high-voltage transmission and distribution lines and related equipment.

Must be able to work safely in extreme weather conditions for extended hours during emergency outages and other situations.

Help ensure all projects are performed in a safe manner in accordance with GRDA, NESC and other governing rules and regulations.

You will work with our experienced mechanics on difficult repairs.

You will build relationships with vendors when getting estimates for parts or labor.

You will interact with a variety of Frito-Lay drivers, from professional truck drivers to salespeople.
