Recommend enhancements to current procedures and develop new methods to streamline the overall ordering process.
Oversee any issues relating to vehicle ordering for fleet partners and ensure quick resolutions.
Support updating fleet vehicles with all customer information (i.e. Corporate Account Number), ship-to locations, assignments, on hold, off hold request, etc.
Create and distribute order/production/delivery reports to external stakeholders (i.e. customers, business partners, and dealers) and internal stakeholders.
Review and process fleet MSS inquiries and appeals. Ensure that all required documentation is secured, prior to submitting for payment.
Create Make Ready requests, Special Moves requests, and other ad hoc requests as needed

This includes ensuring that all vehicles are in good working order, scheduling maintenance and repairs, and managing the fleet budget. The Fleet Operations Specialist is also responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description The Fleet Operations Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a fleet of vehicles. This includes ensuring that all vehicles are in good working order, scheduling maintenance and repairs, and managing the fleet budget. The Fleet Operations Specialist is also responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are compliant with applicable laws and regulations. The Fleet Operations Specialist will work closely with the fleet manager to ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and that all fleet operations are running smoothly. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field
• Previous experience in fleet operations or management
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Valid driver’s license
