Fleet Maintenance Coordinator Jobs in Florida

GED or High School Diploma and Sealed Transcripts from the highest level of education

Inspects Fleet Maintenance building and parking lot for damage every morning.

Assists parts inventory specialist to order parts and inventory stocked parts.

Performs regular maintenance on all agency vehicles.

Performs maintenance and upkeep of the garage and work areas.

Installs equipment on newly purchased vehicles including (but not limited to) push bumpers, prisoner partitions, and window bars.

2+ years experience in an asset management or inventory protection role required

Proficient with Fleet Management Software; experience with Equipment 360 and/or HCSS is a plus

Enter transactions into the inventory management software as well as the manual log of items delivered and issued to job/employee

Interface with vendors, resolving issues related to contract management, equipment orders, maintenance, schedules, and billing

Communicate daily with crews and supervisors/managers to resolve fleet logistical and maintenance issues

Create Electronic Purchase Orders, subject to approval by Fleet Manager, then match invoices to purchase orders
