At least 5 years of experience in fleet management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
Preference to individuals with degrees and/or certifications relevant to fleet management and maintenance.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of technicians and mechanics.
Experience and knowledge of Volvo trucks, including their maintenance and repair requirements.
Provide regular reports to senior management on fleet performance, costs, and compliance.
Work closely with safety and compliance for all relevant DOT regulations, including driver qualification, hours of service, and vehicle safety requirements.
