FOM insures dealer network compliance of VW Operating Standards, facility, and corporate identity requirements.

Working knowledge and or understanding of dealer after sales operations, and/ sales or overall dealer operations

FOM works with Warranty to monitor (metric review and audit reviews) to ensure VW network adherence to VW warranty policies.

Drive profitability through increased sales, gross profit, P&L management, and labor cost control

Support and Manage the Service Manager(s) as part of the Fixed Operations team in the location

Experience managing a high-volume Service Center in the RV, automotive, marine, or power sports industry is strongly preferred

Knowledge of RV's and RV systems is a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Intermediate or better skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Maintains reporting systems required by general management and the manufacturer.

Maintain a valid driver’s license and immediately inform management of any changes in its status.

Four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Hires, trains, motivates, and monitors the performance of the service and parts department managers.

Fosters professional employee development and coordinates with department managers to determine need for advanced training.

Develops dealership service and parts pricing plans and recommends to dealer or general manager.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and/or the equivalent in experience.

Solid understanding of Fixed assets accounting and Life Cycle and experience in applying ASC 360 Property, Plant and Equipment.

Experience in integrating of systems and automation of workstreams to make it more scalable and efficient.

Ideally 5+ years of public accounting firm or industry experience

Strong understanding of GAAP and clearly communicating accounting issues to finance and non-finance personnel

Excellent MS Excel Skills (proficient with pivot tables, vlookups, and data analysis)
