Overview The First Assistant Superintendent is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the golf course maintenance staff. This individual is responsible for the overall maintenance of the golf course, including the turf, trees, and other landscaping elements. The First Assistant Superintendent is also responsible for ensuring that the golf course is kept in excellent condition and is compliant with all applicable regulations. Detailed Job Description The First Assistant Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the golf course maintenance staff. This includes supervising the staff, scheduling work, and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The First Assistant Superintendent is also responsible for developing and implementing maintenance plans and programs to ensure that the golf course is kept in excellent condition. This individual is also responsible for monitoring the golf course for any potential problems and taking corrective action as needed. Job Skills Required
