First Assistant Golf Professional Jobs in Florida

Manage all hard goods inventory; including inputting, receiving, pricing, creating an open to buy plan, invoicing, and monthly physical inventories

Continued education within PGA preferred

Must have strong conflict resolution skillsets

Assist DOG update SOP’s for the golf department

Input/Approve payroll and gratuity for the golf staff

Make tee time reservations for members as needed

Excellent organizational, analytical and project management skills, with particular attention to quality and detail

BA / BS degree in Hospitality, Business, Golf Management, or related field.

Golf Academy experience a plus and / or Teaching certifications from accredited programs.

Strong leadership abilities, sound judgment, superior problem solving and decision-making skills

Minimum of two (2) years’ experience of private or resort club, preferably as an Assistant Golf Professional.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Education: BA / BS degree, in Hospitality, Business or Golf Management preferred.

Experience: Min 3 years of management experience, preferably as a Head Golf Professional.

Excellent organizational, analytical and project management skills, with particular attention to quality and detail
