Overview The Firmware Quality Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a team of firmware quality engineers in the development, testing, and maintenance of firmware products. The Manager will ensure that all firmware products meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget. The Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures, as well as providing technical guidance and support to the team. Detailed Job Description• Lead a team of firmware quality engineers in the development, testing, and maintenance of firmware products.
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Ensure that all firmware products meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
• Monitor and report on the progress of projects.
• Identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports.
