About this Position:

Market Quality (MQ) Analysis Team Managers are responsible for managing and developing associates, striving to meet performance targets, balancing resources and implementing characteristic improvements at the category and department level.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage Quality Improvement Sheets (QISs) to ensure business metric targets are met.
  • Responsible for associate development within the team
  • Work with Tech SEs to provide technical leadership to staff.
  • Manage category budget including manpower, investments, and general expense.
  • Assess category workload and balance as needed.
  • Support and lead department business planning themes as applicable.

Who we are seeking:

Required Experience:

6-10 years of relevant job experience in a Quality Engineering role.

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or relevant work experience related to engineering analysis and people leadership

Other job-specific skills:

People Leadership, Communication, Reporting, Judgement and Negotiation skills

Additional Position Factors:

  • Workstyle: Hybrid
  • Travel: 10%
  • NAQC on-site; WFH as appropriate
  • Expected 4-10 hours of overtime per week as needed.
