Fintech Investment Banking Analyst Jobs

Excellent financial modelling, financial statement analysis, and accounting skills / knowledge and experience

A minimum of 1 years of experience in investment banking M&A with significant exposure to M&A processes

Assist senior bankers in sourcing potential acquisition targets and draft LOIs with target companies

Frequent meetings with prospective targets, clients, senior bankers, and other transaction advisors

EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Required with expertise in FCC, EPBCS and EDM preferred

Work with Oracle MSP (Manage Service Providers) on Support tickets and Enhancement requests

Ability to gather and execute requirements while acting as liaison between the business users and IT

Skilled in identifying and solving problems by gathering and applying information from a variety of materials or sources

When necessary, escalating business issues with complete and accurate information to Managed Service Provider

Communicating technical and business requirements, confidently,

Prior experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or venture capital, with exposure to Fintech deals preferred.

Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, CFA) is a plus.

Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex financial concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.

Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.

Key Account Management, to ensure continuous growth of current portfolio

Assist with other projects as assigned by management.

Educational / Vocational / Previous Experience Recommendations:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

5 years of business growth experience

Excellent verbal, written, and executive presentation skills.

A proven background in Corporate finance / M&A. Ideally 3-5 years experience.

M&A deal experience in TMT / FINTECH required

Excellent financial modelling experience (operating models, capital models, merger models, LBO etc)

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Good academic qualifications and demonstrated performance

Effective time management and organizational skills

Minimum 10 years buy-side analyst experience

Must be based in the US and available on East Coast hours if remote
