Four plus years of experience in asset management and/or consulting with a history of outstanding achievement

Experience working and communicating with management, for either internal or external clients

Project management: Effective project management capabilities with the ability to manage timelines, monitor progress across different working groups and navigate trade-offs

Understanding of the asset management industry and general understanding of the ETF landscape

Experience or interest in tackling data-related finance issues, analytics and reporting
