Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Community Growth Manager - Yat

Day to day responsibilities will include:

Meeting with prospective communities who want to learn more about PIN and demo’ing our product

Educating people on startup investing, venture capital, startups

Collecting feedback from users and prospective users to help inform product iterations and future roadmap

Reliable - you consistently do what you’ll say you do (to your teammates, to users/prospective users, etc)

Results and KPI-driven - you’re motivated by quantifying and growing metrics (in this case - user growth, revenue, etc)

5+ years of experience driving content growth and engagement for a community platform, subreddit, or self-created community

Proven experience devising content themes that stick and snowball

Have a pulse on or identify industry or pop culture trends and community dynamics to set priorities for a cross-functional team

Build on our community engagement roadmap and help shape or refine the strategy for our community

Lead efforts to curate or create original, high-quality content on and off-platform

Develop new ways to distribute content and mobilize the community
