Ability to provide community services, including, but not limited to, Financial Education classes

Attend meetings with management teams and investor conferences

1-2 years of research experience strongly preferred

Basic understanding of accounting and finance

Bachelor's degree along with outstanding academic achievement, preferably in fields of finance, economics, accounting, data science or computer science

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong leadership and team working skills

Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, and/or similar or relevant work experience

Minimum of 2 years client sales and relationship management experience; health care industry experience preferred

Knowledge of principles and methods for selling staffing services; this includes marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales management systems

Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition

Demonstrated excellent skills, negotiation skills and detail skills

Demonstrated experience in selling strategic sales solutions

Excellent organization and time management skills to succeed in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment

Advanced Microsoft skills (PowerPoint, Word and Excel). Familiarity with Salesforce, MMD and other sales management tools a plus

Manage client onboarding process by providing support and direction for complex investor transactions

Successful completion of all qualifications, licenses and examinations required by regulatory authorities when pursuing a sales role (Series 7, 3, 63)

Serve as a dedicated point of contact for all day-to-day client inquiries

Coordinate prospect/client portfolio reviews, operational due diligence meetings, RFP and DDQ completion, roadshows, outreach campaigns, annual conferences and client update calls

Performs other duties as assigned.
