Prepare and evaluate cost/benefit analysis, management proposals, control systems, revisions to customer interfaces, and organizational structures.
Minimum 5 years of financial management experience.
Generate office guides, user manuals, work-flow processes, and management documentation for consideration.
Prepare cost estimates and correlate financing requirements into executable budgets.
Provide detailed budget formulation guidance to program managers and officials, to include issues involving content, format, and implementation strategies.
Review, analyze, edit, and consolidates budget submissions and requests for allotments submitted by managers of assigned program areas.
