Film Archivist Jobs in Idaho

Identify and report all issues requiring support to the Management.

Advanced Excel skills (including formulas) preferred.

Experience using an AS400 system

Prior music publishing company experience in a copyright administration-related role

experience using an AS400 system

Responsible for entering the work copyright information onto the company’s database

Maintains a working knowledge of intellectual property and copyright issues for historic records including public domain.

Staff the reading room as needed during research center open hours, 11-4 Tuesday through Friday.

Enforce reading room policies and procedures for handling archival collections according to best library and archival practices.

Provides support to agency public programs and fundraising events.

Responds to a wide variety of reference inquiries from a diverse research community.

Provides access to images and collections including planning, organizing, acquiring, processing, and preserving historic materials in both print and electronic formats.
